I agree that the Windblume festival, Dahlia release, and Venti rerun will all probably happen in 5.5

I'm guessing Dahlia will be a 4 star. But if he's a 5 star and add Barbara and Rosaria to his banner, the 3rd one would probably just be some random 4 star.

Like how Arlecchino's banner had her kids and Xiangling.

Though if they put Barbara on a banner I might wish I really want Barbara constellations.

I think the Mond expansion and Venti's 2nd story quest will probably be sometime in 6.X.

I agree that Bennett is probably from Natlan. And maybe was found in the Mare Jivari. Citlali said in the Iktomi Spirit-Seeking Scrolls event that the Mare Jivari dissappeared decades ago. So if Bennett is at least 20 years old, his being found could just line up with Important Lore Happenings leading to the Mare Jivari's dissappearance.

"But Bennett being from Natlan would mess up the lore because then his bad luck would canonically get better post Natlan Archon Quest and that wouldn't match up with his in-game idles and voice overs" Genshin is willing to have events counteract characters' original behaviors:

In "Waterborne Portry", Diona learns the origins of her curse (everything she makes taste good no matter what the ingrediants are), and begins to see it as more of a blessing. Chongyun, upon witnessing this, also begins to wonder if his pure-yang energy is a blessing.

In other cases, character development is hidden in skins:

Kaeya's original outfit closely resembles a Cryo Abyss Mage, both in color scheme and accessories (compare the weird fur thing around his shoulder to a Cryo Abyss Mage's head and shoulders).

His 3.8 skin, however, more closely resembles Dvalin in color scheme and accessories (compare the weird fur thing around his shoulders to the feathers on Dvalin's head, and around the tip of his tail).

This visual storytelling is likely meant to indicate that Kaeya has grown closer to accepting Mondstadt has his home, and accepting himself as a Child of Mondstadt. Especially since it coincides with the release of his hangout event.*

For a more explicit example, Shenhe's skin description clearly states that she doesn't need as many red ropes as she did when she first came to the harbor.

What was I talking about? Ah yes.

Bennett revealing in a limited-time event that some or all of his bad luck is gone would not be out-of-place in Genshin's usual storytelling style.

*I did not come up with this Kaeya analysis on my own. Alas, I forgot who I read it from.

My friend has given me predictions for genshin 5.5, so I'll leave these here to see if any of them turn out to be true

And here's my two cents on the matter for more detail for things (Under read more since this is long)

Possible spoilers ahead

The Windblume Festival could feature Venti, Dahlia, Mavuika, and Bennett, among others, and it's here where Mavuika recognizes Bennett as a Pyro Archon

Dahlia could be a 5 star cryo catalyst, and feature Rosaria and Barbara on his banner since they all relate to the Church of Favonius (Idk who the third one would be, though it could be a new 4 star)

Venti's second story quest could feature the Traveler knowing more about Vannessa, along with some Natlan lore. This could also be where Mavuika could be introduced to Barbatos, since both Venti and Mavuika wish to meet each other

Venti could run with Dahlia in 5.5, either with them running alongside each other, or in separate phases
